2: France donated $130,000 thus far (now 4 days).
The "Let them eat cake" attitude in France has risen to a new level.
France's contribution isn't even a donation. They expect to be paid back.

I didn't hear that. Saw Fox and Friends for the comparison. Do you have a source for the loan versus donation part? Did I miss it on Fox?
