I agree. In fact, this entire article looks like an effort by Newsmax to create a story rather than report one. I've seen all these stories in context throughout the day...and newsmax seems to be selectively choosing from them to form their own opinion of events.
If the 'Toon is sincere (yeah, right), he should get his good pal, Peanut Man Carter, and go over to southeast Asia and start building some houses.

Well, if a DU-er's friend's friends' friend who is friends with a guy who used to be in the Navy (which means he wasn't when the tidal wave-causing quake it) told him the U.S. "might" have set of a nucular device...then it must be true.
