What is WRONG with her "X" Husband? Someone needs to do some extensive background investigating on him. I have seen TV programs about her, she is coherent and is able to communicate, this is not euthanasia, her husband is trying to Murder her. Props top Gov jeb Bush for working to save her life. And prayers go out to her Parents. Again her "x" husband is a major fruit cake, and a SICKO....

Judge Greer has enabled the husband for years. Judge Greer has not protected Terri who is a Ward of the State. IMO, if the Sixth Circuit Judges weren't so pliable, bending over backwards for the husband's wishes, the husband would no doubt move Terri to another county or state.

I blame the Sixth Circuit Civil Court Judges and the ex-Senate President Jim King for writing BARBARIC LAWS that need to be re-visited by the new Florida House & Senate.

When they deemed that nutrition and hydration was "medical treatment", Terri was eligible for the death penalty. BARBARIC AND CRIMINAL.

Does that mean I need a prescription to go to Burger King? Who wouldn't starve to death without food or water? We'd all die under those circumstances, every one of us.

And Terri's isolated in a room, husband's orders. Terri has not been outside for three years (except when the big hospital wouldn't let her in to save her life). Then she was outside trying to get in... She FINALLY got in after 2 to 3 hours and that's another story altogether.

"In America do we starve handicap people to death?" Mr. Schiavo (Michael's brother Steve) clearly replies, "Yes we do." in radio interview with Glenn Beck 10/2002

Michael is not Terri's ex-husband but he will not divorce her. He lives with a woman and their two kids with her in a palatial residence IN STARK CONTRAST, TERRI LIVES IN A HOSPICE ON MEDICAID.

There's going to be another investigative report installment here on this thread. WATCH FOR IT.

BREAKING NEWS! Terri Schiavo's Husband Won't Participate in Part of Legal Battle

Clearwater, FL (LifeNews.com) -- Terri Schiavo's estranged husband appears to have ended his involvement in one of the two ongoing legal battles in the fight to save her life.

In an interview this week, Michael Schiavo's lead attorney said he would cease responding to Terri's parents efforts to prevent her from being starved to death. In that aspect of the case, Bob and Mary Schindler are asking the courts to declare that removing Terri's feeding tube and causing her death would be a violation of her First Amendment religiuous liberties. The Schindlers say such an action would contravene Terri's Catholic faith and that recent statements by Pope John Paull II confirm the church's strong opposition to euthanasia.

George Felos, the euthanasia advocate who is Michael's lead attorney, confirmed speculation that has existed for two months that Michael will drop out of that case. "There is no prospect of finality,'' Felos told the Associated Press on Tuesday. "They (the appeals court) allow the Schindlers to attack the judgment no matter how frivolous," Felos told AP. "The only way the case can end is if the Schindlers stop attacking the final judgment or the court says no more stays. Until then we are just going to be on this revolving door.''

Felos has informed the 2nd District Court of Appeal that he is not responding to the motion the Schindlers filed appealing a judge's decision throwing out their religious liberties argument. Despite dropping out of that case, Felos and Michael Schiavo are sticking with their lawsuit seeking to overturn Terri's Law. It is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court on appeal.

FV SAYS: They are still going to fight Jeb Bush and Terri's Law in the US Supreme Court, undoubtedly aided by the Florida or DC branch of the ACLU.

We've tried to get rid of Judge Greer. Will he sign something tonight in his pajamas that will harm Terri AGAIN?

Suffice it to say that I have no faith or confidence in the Sixth Circuit Court of Pinellas County. They are masquerading as judges. Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist will not enforce the laws on the books in Florida for criminal felonies per F.S. Chapter 825 and re: the guardianship statutes THAT HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.

PINELLAS COUNTY GOP ENDORSED STATE SPONSORED MURDER. (time to call the local GOP again.) That number is 727-539-6009. THEY ENDORSED GREER and sent out a questionable campaign mailer to SENIOR CITIZENS...it looks like mail fraud to me, very deceptive. J. Greer said in the past "I don't want anyone feeding that girl."

I pray that Judge Greer has a change of heart and mind or some kind of revelation.

His actions are tearing apart our County. The Republican Party here can forget it. They support him. They only have his talking points which is very scary. They are not pro-life. They are puppets of this judge. I wish I knew why.

PUPPET COUNTY'S CLERK'S OFFICE (under Karleen DeBlaker's MISMANAGEMENT) CRIES POOR MOUTH in today's www.sptimes.com North Pinellas section. (FV's Title)

ACTUAL TITLE: Cities balk at plan to raise ticket fees

The clerk of court's office wants to charge municipalities more to process their parking fines. It could be as high as $10 a ticket.

By AARON SHAROCKMAN

Published January 2, 2005

The agency that processes most of Pinellas County's parking fines may double its service charge, an increase that could siphon profits from the cities where the tickets were written.

The Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court's office has not yet decided how much it will raise per-ticket processing costs, and a final decision will likely be left for incoming clerk Ken Burke.

But the office may raise rates as high as $10 per ticket, according to county officials, well above the current rate of about $4.

And at least two Pinellas cities, Clearwater and St. Pete Beach, are already preparing to pull out of the program and collect tickets on their own.

Officials in those cities think the costs have run too high.

The clerk's office said the increase would generate additional revenue for the cash-strapped agency. The office is subsidized by state revenues and does not receive funding from the county for court operations. Except for St. Petersburg, municipalities process their parking tickets through the clerk's office. For years, the office charged a nominal fee, between $1 and $2 per ticket, to offset personnel, summons and data processing costs, said Tracey Bruch, Clearwater's parking operations manager.

But recently, the clerk's office began charging actual processing costs. Each month, municipalities receive a spreadsheet documenting the number of tickets issued and the costs incurred.

In October, Clearwater, which writes the most tickets by far, filed 3,877 tickets for fines totaling $67,021. Of that, the clerk's office kept $15,812.27, or $4.08 for every ticket.

In Safety Harbor, where only two tickets were issued for a total of $40, the clerk's office held back $8.61. In Madeira Beach, the clerk's office charged $4.11 for each of the 603 tickets issued.

Now the clerk's office is considering charging up to $10 per ticket, like it does for other ordinance violations.

Bruch said the increase is too large for Clearwater, which hopes to pull out of the clerk's program and contract a third-party collection service by the middle of next year.

"It would definitely be a high impact," Bruch said. Clearwater's basic parking ticket is $15, and with $5 already allocated to the city's school crossing guard program, a $10 service charge would wipe out any profit for the self-supporting operation, Bruch said.

"We potentially would be running a deficit," she said. "The city feels it would be more cost effective through private sector firms."

The city of St. Pete Beach has signed a contract to run its collection service through Citation Management, a Wisconsin company that operates parking collections in several cities, including Milwaukee.

Phil Thorn, the administrative services supervisor with the St. Pete Beach Police Department, said the city hopes to divorce itself from the clerk's office in February.

Citation Management will charge $3.36 per ticket as part of the deal, a significant cost savings, Thorn said. "The county has been somewhat inching up their costs," Thorn said. "We needed to look at other options."

St. Pete Beach writes about 8,000 parking tickets each year, Thorn said, most of them are for $20 each. Together with Clearwater, the two municipalities comprise about 75 percent of all parking tickets the clerk's office processes.

Heath, court services division director for the clerk's office, said the pull outs would not cripple the office. "It would not be a loss," she said.

Burke said he will not fight to keep municipalities in the program. He expects processing costs to rise in 2005, but not as high as $10 per ticket.

"The important thing is if the clerk does it, we recover our costs," Burke said. "It's not suppose to be a profit center and we don't want to be.

"If each city wants to do it themselves, that's fine with me."

Aaron Sharockman can be reached at 727 445-4160 or

asharockman@sptimes.com

FV SAYS: The profit center is run UNDER THE TABLE. If they are cash strapped in their public portofolio, may be they should take funds from Terri's Betting Pool funds alleged to be at the clerk and court system to get back in the black.

I'm glad that the Pinellas (Puppet) County Clerk's Office and Court system is FINALLY BEING EXPOSED BY the local newspapers. It backs up what we have been saying for a number of years now about incompetence at every turn.

I'VE ALSO HEARD THAT MORALE IS POOR AT the Pinellas Clerk's Office. The employees are starting to see that they don't belong there and that it has been mismanaged. Clerk Office employees are starting to see that Terri has been WRONGED. If they have to lay people off because retiring DeBlaker blew the budget and had over twenty years to run it into the ground and ALSO the Clerk's Office failed to protect the Wards of the State, I hope some disgruntled employees SING LIKE BIRDS.

It all seems to boil down to this: Michael R. Schiavo is "popular" among his fellow Floridians (though he is a PA native), and poor Terri (another PA native) is simply not popular because those who have heard of the case still falsely think that she has no "quality of life," a code phrase for American liberals.

FATHER PAVONE MET TERRI THIS FALL. This is worth repeating in the new year.

Fr. Frank Pavone Visits Terri Schindler-Schiavo

"She talks with her eyes. She's very much aware and alert"

CLEARWATER October 7, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The head of Priests for Life, Fr. Frank Pavone, has visited Terri Schindler-Schiavo in her Florida hospital room. Terri's estranged husband, Michael Schiavo, has complete control over who visits Terri and has severely restricted access by clergy to his disabled wife.

Fr. Pavone was in Florida to speak at the "Celebrate Life" banquet, hosted by Right to Life of Hillsborough County September 18. He visited Terri on the way to his engagement in the company of her priest, Msgr. Thaddeus Malanowski, and her family.

"It was beautiful," Fr. Pavone told his audience at the banquet. "'Many people are praying for you from around the country,' I told her." Lawyers for Michael Schiavo have contended that Terri's eye movements and other responses to voices and other stimuli are not signs of consciousness and that she is in a "permanent vegetative state." However, Fr. Pavone said that he thought Terri showed awareness of his visit. "She was following everything that was going on," he said. "She talks with her eyes. She's very much aware and alert."

The law passed by Governor Jeb Bush to protect Terri from a death of starvation was declared unconstitutional in May by a Florida court on the grounds that it contravened the right to privacy. The governor's office is appealing that decision. Fr. Pavone criticized the judicial system along with the medical establishment for overstepping their bounds. "All these fields have authority," he said, "What they cannot do is put a value judgment on the lives they're caring for. The job of our whole culture is to affirm life."

JUDGE W. DOUGLAS BAIRD is the Pinellas Circuit Court Judge in the case of Michael Schiavo v. Governor Jeb Bush. Judge Baird did not allow Governor Bush to have a trial of any kind. He ruled on its face that Terri's Law was unconstitutional and that Jeb should have minded his own business so to speak.

Governor Bush is a defendant who didn't get due process. That's the case that's at the US Supreme Court. The Fla Supremes ruled that Jeb Bush went too far when he signed Terri's Law which saved her life. The House & Senate also wrote and signed Terri's Law.

WHO'S USURPING WHO? Governor Bush deserves to have a trial, (in this instance Terri is Jeb's ward) like any other defendant in the United States. HE WAS DENIED!

JUDGE BAIRD IS BACKING HIS BUDDY JUDGE GREER TO THROW TERRI OVERBOARD. Yet, if you see the accounts above, Terri's alert and aware of her surroundings and she's not miserable. She's seems to be happy and maintains a sense of humor.

Who doesn't close their eyes when being kissed?

This picture this size is in itself EVIDENCE THAT TERRI IS PURPOSEFUL. She's closing her eyes because Mom is going to kiss her cheek. TOO BAD JUDGE GREER IS LEGALLY BLIND AND DIDN'T TELL ANYONE. TOO BAD HE CAN'T SEE A DARN THING and refuses to MEET TERRI IN PERSON. There's nothing to prevent Terri from going to Court. But, that DESTROYS ALL THE PROPAGANDA.
