Ken Connor, Jeb's attorney was down in St. Pete at Stetson Law School just this Friday at a Symposium about Terri. Ken Connor made points about what 22 year old even gives these type matters a thought? Ken Connor thinks it is far reaching to think that a 22 year old would make decisions about end of life care, health care surrogates, becoming a ward. I know at 22, I was busy chasing the opposite sex and working on my tan. Connor's is right. Highly unlikely a healthy Terri would discuss "wishes" with stupid.
So, you see, if Terri is worthy enough to have her own Symposium, various groups are looking into what they can ASK THE LEGISLATURE to do.
However, the idea is for the legislature to act WHILE TERRI'S STILL WITH US.

I heard Bobby say last night that the Legislature meets in March. I immediately thought...what the ****!!! So can litigation drag this out through March, or do they need to convene right away specifically for this??
