Remember that as Inspector General of HHS, Janet Rehnquist was supposed to investigate allegations of abuse. In 2003, complaints about Terri went to HHS. Did Janet Rehnquist put complaints about Terri in her trash bin before she resigned? My 189 on Jan. Thread.
