THEY FLA LEGISLATORS MENTIONED THE TROUBLE WITH JIM KING. I just stated "glad he's not the president now."

What exactly should we push for? It seems to me that we need a few things:

-1- Provide that no guardian shall undertake any course of action which would be expected to cause a ward's death if a guardianship challenge is pending, except with the consent of the person or persons contesting guardianship.

-2- Provide that a guardian who fails to attend required depositions related to his guardianship shall be immediately removed as guardian. If the guardian can show that a good faith effort was made to appear, guardianship may be reinstated after, and only after, the person has attended all required depositions. Otherwise the (removed) guardian must seek guardianship 'from scratch'.

-3- IMPEACH JUDGE GREER
