The US Supreme Court are looking at the narrow issue of whether Jeb Bush is entitled to get due process since he was sued by Michael Schiavo for signing Terri's Law on October 21, 2003.

Jeb Bush probably wouldn't be the first defendant to be denied a fair trial, well, to be denied very basic due process. They deny Jeb Bush and they are also denying Terri.

They don't get to see anything about Dr. Michael Baden's forensic opinion about "strangulation" or any videos of Terri. It's just about Jeb Bush and Terri's Law. IT IS SO NARROW that they can't look at the substance of the matter. Further, the US DOJ seems to be ducking the idea of protecting Terri.

They've made a fine mess of an innocent person's life.
