"In the Florida 6th Circuit Court (Motion to Void Order - Due Process) - Judge Greer is presiding"
That is what they were in court on today.

I would have done the same thing if I'd had anything in my mouth!
He wants her DEAD and has for so long now, and he will inherit her estate anway when she dies. Therefore, offering her Terri's "money" was a nonstarter.
The Governor is supposed to order Crist open an investigation.

Where did you hear this from?
Can the governor order the ELECTED attorney general to do anything? They are both elected officials: FL does not have an appointed attorney general, like NJ has.
Did I but this yet? Can't wait to check out the documentation.
Bump.
No. You rock! Just kidding you both rock.
Bump.
Bump and BTTT! Thanks FV. I wanted to be there but I was working my 3 day 12 hours shifts. Awesome report.
Bump. He is such a good man.
We are right beside them and understand the suffering they have been through and what they are up against. We are always with them in prayer and in spirit!
Bump.
My speakers aren't hooked up but while watching video Gibb's certainly does have a compelling presence. I liked his gestures.. full of sincerity and strength.
Mega bump!
phenn, I personally know of a case where a someone with a guardian appointed her own attorney to fight her guardian and the attorney her guardian appointed for her using similar rational.
Yes. Thanks to phenn and FV for their salient accounts, etc.
Felos and his no advance warning...he's done this before.
The Questionable Judge
"But that wasnt the first unusual thing Judge Greer did in the trial. At the time of Pearses report, the only evidence that Terri had expressed a wish not to go on living was Michaels assertion. Pearse had mentioned that Michaels story would be more credible if it were corroborated. Its strangely coincidental then that at the last minute before the trial, Felos produced two witnesses who corroborated Michaels claim: his brother and sister-in-law. Felos delayed producing his witness list until two days before the trial, preventing the Schindlers attorney from deposing them. Nevertheless, Judge Greer permitted their testimony to be entered into evidence, and the Schindlers attorney, who was not an experienced trial lawyer, didnt contest his decision."
Then came Scott Schiavo...and Joan Schiavo to take the stand...http://www.sptimes.com/2003/11/08/news_pf/Tampabay/Schiavo_s_wishes_reca.shtml
