How bout we just improve "logical skepticism" teaching in school and let the consumer figure out the news market and let the winners grow and the losers wane.
Great point! Should have started in the '60s when we started being fed all these television documentaries, in which uncommon, perhaps terrible, cases became the basis for the way the public looked at things. That is, totally unrealistically.
Logical skepticism has been replaced by deconstructivism - revolution for the sake of revolution.
