Please reconsider your actions. I understand your anger, but it is bureaucrats who made this ridiculous decision, not the victims who would welcome a hot meal and warm blanket from ANYONE who provided it.
Right post Peach! I think the victims only needs help asap and that this is bureaucrats that made such a ridiculous decision... Is that decision true? iI haven't read anything about that yet...
