Even if she does manage to get a conviction, I can see the court of appeals decision: reversible error. Big time.

And she can take that much time off to try this case? I mean the prelim is rather easy compared to the trial. But if she's sitting in a courtroom in northern Wisconsin for weeks during the trial, who's minding the store back in Madtown?

It's probably better for us if she's not in Madtown...but not if she's going to be trying this case.

She'll drive back and forth in a state owned vehicle again . . . . I want to know when she's on the roads so I can stay off!
