My comment, "if tesla is true, yes". "If tesla is not true, no" was in reference to another freeper asking if an earthquake can be triggered.

I've heard many theories as to whether these things can be built and used to make an earthquake (and more).
I've NO idea how true they are nor do I know the technology behind it.
