Another thing that alone would give Rossi enough votes to win: Check how many people voted from Alzheimer care centers. Democrat workers at nursing homes and such are famous for seeing that all residents vote...Democrat. I can't count the times relatives were astonished to find that granny voted, when she's been comatose for months or years.
Also if anyone has the time or inclination, death records for the past year or two should be checked against records of who voted. Every election (working at the polls) we find one or two have died and should be taken off the polls. Unscrupulous (Dem) relatives could still vote their absentee ballots.
