Apparently, she was found at 3:30am..HICCUP! The woman can't seem to get off the booze. Her bodyguard couldn't wake her up! Sounds like she was passed out cold drunk to me.

Liza Minnelli was reportedly in a New York emergency room Monday after falling out of bed and smacking her head.
A spokesperson for the city's Emergency Medical Services confirmed that paramedics responded to a call at Minnelli's Manhattan residence around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, but the EMS rep would not confirm that the subject of the call--an unconcious female--was the 58-year-old entertainer.

But People magazine quotes a police source saying it was indeed Minnelli. "She was sleeping and she rolled out of bed," the unnamed tells People.com. "She hit her head. Her bodyguard got nervous and he called 911. He said he couldn't get her up. She wasn't bleeding. She was on the floor."
Police and EMS workers responded to the call at Minnelli's posh Upper East Side address, according to the People source. Minnelli was placed on a stretcher and taken to New York Hospital.
Minnelli's publicist, Harlan Boll, could not immediately confirm the report Monday afternoon, saying he had not heard anything yet about the purported incident. New York Hospital did not immediately respond to calls seeking comment.
Minnelli has had a rough year. Her acrimonious split with former husband David Gest continues to play out in the New York courts. After their marriage went south, Gest filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Cabaret singer , accusing her of beating him while intoxicated. Minnelli denied the allegations and filed her own suit, claiming Gest bilked her out of more than $2 million dollars.
Then in November, she traded lawsuits with her former assistant and chauffeur of 10 years, M'Hammed Soumayah. Soumayah filed a $100 million claim against the multihyphenate star for battery, assault and breach of contract, accusing Minnelli of beating him and forcing him to sleep with her. Minnelli, who fired Soumayah in June, responded in kind, filing a countersuit seeking at least $250,000 in damages, plus a court order against Soumayah, accusing him of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
Minnelli has a recent history of health woes. Aside from various stints in rehab to combat drug and booze abuse (most recently a "sobriety maintenance" program in 2003), she nearly died of viral encephalitis in 2000 and suffered a broken kneecap following a fall in 2003.
:)
That doesn't look like a wagon...
Hehehe...I wonder how long it took her to realize that she was on the ground...
drat, you were one step ahead of me...
Anytime I can remind others that Hollyweird is the enemy of Red America, I will do it.
What address, who else was there.......
The half gallon of gin she drank before she went to bed had nothing to do with it.

Thanks for posting this...you must have known the posts would be LOL hilarious!!!!!!! I love freepers!
She's got (had?) a great voice. Too bad she has so many personal problems.
I guess the combination of Hollywood's fake happiness and growing up with Judy was to much for her, though sister Lorna seems stable.
But Liza is so much the entertainer like her mom---she must have picked up other traits too from her.
I remember reading that when Liza was just a very young girl she had to hide her mother's pills from her so she wouldn't take too many by accident when she was drinking heavy (which was often). Pretty stressful life for a 12 year old child.
