Businesses who hire these people and refuse to pay taxes on them should be deported as well.
Why stop at evil capitalists? Why not deport tax-cheaters, freeway speeders, and jaywalkers, too? Let me know when you have repealed the Bill of Rights in the paleo quest to see that every law is diligently followed.

Because we can't. That is not in the purview of our Government to do.
We can deport non-citizens who are here illegally with impunity if we so choose.
