I think Incindiary was in Indonesia. Hopefully she would not be in the parts hardest hit as those are militant areas as well. Jakarta was far enough away to avoid damage.
When I was in Phuket, there was a rush of people bidding up prices, buying second homes there. I'm really curious what will happen to the value of those properties now. I really hope the island recovers because so many people are dependent on tourism for their livelihoods.

I was looking at properties in Samui and Krabi a few weeks ago.
I still want to retire there, the place to move will be Vietnam soon. Phu Quoc is going to be the next big place.

Don't know if I've addressed this to you or not, but it turned out Incindiary never made it to Indonesia as scheduled. It would have been Medan had she gone, which wasn't hit too bad considering it was closer to the epicenter. She was in Penang, Malaysia and was reported to be fine and unharmed where she was.
