To be honest, I am beginning to wonder.
Many people I know, including some Lutheran pastors, think (to put it bluntly) we have really made God mad.
I don't know what is going to happen. But man is trying his best to become a god again, this time by remaking life.
If you look at the Bible, and at history, this doesn't end well.

Well, actually....ultimately in the long run...it does work out - Jesus wins in the end. The Book of Revelation/Apocalypse of St. John describes the restoration of the divine image in humanity with the victorious return of Christ. A lot of nasty stuff in between though! Should be a real nail-biter!!!
Bad news for liberal secular humanists though! In spades!
