My comment, was about the events talked about in this thread, specifically Vietnam. I have no doubts it goes on in other parts of the world but this thread is not about those instances.

Last time I checked Vietnam was a Communist state, that means any one who who professes their belief in a higher power above the state is in danger of needing reeducation to correct that deficiency in their thought.
