I'm not so sure Teddy Kennedy will run. Joe Kennedy is getting lots of face time on TV as the head of "Citizens Energy Corp", They are running ads incessantly on Boston showing Joe as such a nice guy and show him handling the docking lines of a tanker, and showing him delivering oil to the needy. BARF! It's brainwashing. One old woman even tells him she loves him and that she doesn't love every oilman. It's all be funded by this sham tax free outfit. The phone number is even 800-Joe-4Oil BARF!
