I actually have wondered why the formatting errors weren't given more prominence in the argument that the memos were faked. It is irrefutable. The memos, which were supposed to have been written in 1972, were in a format that the USAF didnt adopt until 1992. The memo formats or 1972 and 2004 are VERY different.
Just my humble opinion, but I think it's more of a technical thing. The formatting, while a critical point in the overall argument, may have appeared too obvious to be important. IOW, formatting just didn't have the sex appeal of the font/kerning issue. Not fair, but rest assured your contribution has been noted by many folks inside and outside of FR. You helped make history.
