You mean that now that the Federal Govt is too lazy or just plain stupid to keep out terrorists they(govt) have pressed into service Convieniece Store clerks.

According to this story, YEP! Now that it is publicized its utility is probably way lower than intended.

Not that I disagree with businesses keeping an eye out for these terror types, but social service and law enforcement (governement) employees aren't even allowed to ask a person their immigration status. We have some screwed up priorities.
