For the geographically challenged, Crawford Texas is no where near the border, so it's unlikely he'll be defending the border....sigh.....

My comment was meant as a joke, but still, it's too bad Crawford isn't on the border. If anyone deserves to enjoy firsthand the benefits of thousand of illegals roaming their property, it's President Bush.

Aw sorry. Believe it or not, there are some freepers who'd make that sort of comment in seriousness. Sorry I mistook you for one them.

I've about given up explaining that overall, Texas and Texans haven't jumped on the immigration bandwagon. I don't know if it's because Texas has such a rich hispanic heritage or what, but the animosity you see in CA, CO, and AZ isn't nearly as pronounced here.
