For I truly believe that at times like this, silence is not golden. It is yellow.

As much as I despise the Demoratic party, I would vote for this man to be president in a heartbeat.

We don't have any, unless you listen to Mike Pence or others of the same mindset.

Heh, I was wondering that too. Or why don't the Democraps throw him out of the party?
"Arnold Toynbee who wrote the acclaimed 12 volume A Study of History, once declared, Of the 22 civilizations that have appeared in history, 19 of them collapsed when they reached the moral state America is in today."
I wonder how Toynbee explains the fact that Rome fell after it became Christianized? And at the hands of pagan Goths and Vandals . . .
I don't think we want to go into "the right religion equals a powerful society" argument. History isn't really on our side, there. Consider the four Crusades, for instance. By the time they were over, Islam had taken Spain.

"Where are the Zell Millers in our Republican Party ???" Isn't that the damned truth. I would vote for Zell, a Democrat, over most of the Republican Senators we have up there. Most of the R Senators are either RINOs or media whores looking to run for president. I've had enough of them, I'd say it's time to clue these Republican Senators in, and tell them to grow a f'#king backbone.
McCain and his bastard child Hagel have already pissed away any support I may have had for them. Time to put the others on notice.

Zell Miller is one example of why I consider myself a Conservative and not a Republican. They are not necessarily the same as Zell makes obvious here. Conservatives have spines. Too many Republicans do not.

What's sad is there aren't many conservatives in the senate at all, and one of them is leaving. Off hand I can only think of 3 or 4 conservatives Republicans in the Senate. The rest seem to be happy in their place of power, and don't seem to be very interested in conservative ideals or policy.
