I read his webpage. Don't know why, but I did.
I see people downtown writing in their notebooks from early morning to late evening. They wander from diner to coffee shop to restaurant to the YMCA. If you're eating at the diner, you'll notice the guy because he's feverishly talking to himself and breaking pencil tips and erasers. But just when you settle back to eat your food, they push out the chair loudly, stand, and pray loudly, or they kneel at the table. Can't finish a meal without giggling.
Either someone gets a hold of them and tells them they look...odd and they change. Or, they grow out their beards and start a street church.
