when Bill Clinton was President, the homeless did not exist...isn't that right, Jesse?
During the DC convention (I forget what year), the democratic party set up free food tables a few blocks away from the convention so that the homeless wouldn't be seen.
Hey Jesse! I don't think Jesus would have minded being seen with homeless people. How 'bout you?

Well maybe if they hadn't been forced to go pay taxes and register for the census, they could have stayed home. (sarcasm).

Actually, it was the ROMAN GOVERNMENT that "left Jesus homeless" by making Joseph go to Bethelehem to be taxed. He already HAD a "house" (Matthew says) in Nazareth. And by the way, Jesus wasn't homeless because Joe was poor, but because he failed to use his Judean version of American Express to reserve a room.

Wrong Jesse. LBJ created more poverty with his government dependency programs.
You pegged that one!!!

Why am I not surprised that this liberal reverand doesn't know his own religion?
Mary and Joseph weren't homeless, they were traveling and they couldn't find an inn with available space. Also, Jesus was meant to be born to the lower classes.

Only reason Jesus was born in a stable in unsanitary conditions without a comfortable roof over his head and his poor mother had to ride over 60 miles on the back of a donkey when she was 9 months pregnant and endangered her life and welfare was because of a tax increase.
Sounds more like the Romans were DemocRATs.
Well, not the only reason, but an interesting thought for the day.

Just look into the Star of David and hold still while it performs a retina scan.....

The moniker "Reverend" is only to fool those who he pretends to crusade for. If I remember correctly (from reading "Shakedown"), Jesse dropped his only theology class after 6 months, and was given an honorary doctorate of divinity many years later as a political payback.

Is there any way to get the "Jesse Jackass" touring schedule for 2005, so we can FREEP him at every turn?!

I thought that there was a criminal investigation being conducted on the Reverend for using tax exempt dollars for personal use? Or is that on the shelf next to the Sandy Berger investigation?????

If I had a "white leader" who continually stumbled his way to lunacy while patching together dopey rhymes in the process, I'd do my best to defund and shame him. Jesus was never homeless because he didn't have a home to begin with. He may have been impoverished, but many ancient wise men found a lack of material things helpful in their teachings.

You are right about the HOUSE. In Luke he used the Greek word for INN. Mary and Joseph more than likely had family there and for privacy, they let them use the barn for birth. The jewish people took care of each other. I hear one historian say that there were not any motels or hotels back then.
Jesse Jackson is dangerous and anyone with a mind larger than a pea should be able to see right thru him.

My fondest wish is that Jesse Jackson goes broke and becomes Homeless himself and is reduced to grubbing for pennies in the gutter where he belongs.

Jesse HiJackson should see "Ray." His Mother kept insisting that her blind son never be made a "cripple," and so trained him to be self-relient. No great society in that household!
