Does there seem to be quite a few gangs/cells in Virginia or just a few individuals? I know one of the articles I posted earlier mentioned they were in Virginia.

Majlis-i-Amal plans nation-wide agitation

Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) has reaffirmed its pledge to continue struggle against President Musharraf's decision to retain his military outfit and announced to hold nation-wide agitation on January 7, 14 and 28.

The decision was taken at the Supreme Council meeting here on Sunday with MMA President Qazi Hussain Ahmed in the chair. Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Liaquat Baloch, Allama Sajid Naqvi and Prof. Sajid Mir also attended the meeting.

MS13 is a particularly violent gang. There have been numerous violent incidents in the N. Va. area resulting in deaths. I believe they make their money via the drug trade.

Last year a body turned up less than a mile from where I hunt (I think it was the handy work of MS13).


Pure Speculation on my part:

Not sure an alliance between the two would be possible. Their goals are too different. MS13 wants to sell drugs and control the streets while AQ wants to destroy the streets. Non-muslim gang members are infidels too.
