Does this "recount" include the DISENFRANCHISED Military ballots that were rerjected by your ever-so-inclusive DemonRAT flunkies?

The way I read the WSC decision, ALL "disputed" ballots are on the table...shall we re-count a FOURTH time...just to make sure the MIlitary voters "will" is properly heard and "interpereted"?

All? I think not. Just selected voting districts where the chance of more Democratic Votes can logically be expected. Those in other (more Republican) are not being reconsidered for recount - at this time.
