Omega-3's (fish oil) are also easily used.But they reduce the immune system, so be careful.

It is my understanding that Omega 3's reduce inflammation. We need both Omega 3's and Omega 6's, with Omega 6's causing inflammation.
It is commonly believed the ideal ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 is between 1:1 and 4:1.
It is also commonly believe that we get a ratio akin to 20:1 to 24:1.
It would be virtually impossible to stop the immune system through Omega 3 fats if 1:1 is still in the ideal range.
