Thanks for your comment. It just really surprised me, the first time it happened. My folks had a small bar and grill. I generally drank beer but every now and then would try a mixed drink. I could tolerate vodka and coke but not vodka with citrus. I just avoided the citrus and alcohol drinks after that.

There was a nurse that was a regular that would come in to order deep fried clams even though she was allergic to them. She would put her medicine right on the counter to have it handy. I've read that people can crave that food item to which they are allergic.

I absolutely love avocados, bananas, and kiwis. Also milk and eggs, to which I am also allergic.

I just can't risk it. Don't want to kill myself.
