I grew up in the New York City metro area, and remember many winter snowstorms. To a child, the very first snow of the season is always magical. To their parent, however, it's another story...grin.
I did sled last year, even though I fear a broken bone or two, I'll do it again this year. There is nothing more exilerating than a quick ride down a slippery slope.
