A Joyous Christmas and the Healthiest of New Year's to all my fellow Freepers.

Merry Christmas to all of our Polish Freepers.
Joy to the World!
Wow! Diamond6, I love the card. It's magical.
The very best to you and yours, Bob. And here's hoping your venture grows by leaps and bounds next year.
Merry Christmas!
Although I'm of Italian-Irish heritage myself, I join in your greetings. I'm particularly proud of the way the British, Poles and Italians (among many others) stood firm in Iraq.
Thanks.
I was raised in a working-class Roman Catholic boarding school (one step up from an orphanage). I remember that the nuns would tell us children around the holidays that if we prayed hard enough and long enough, the Soviet Union would be converted.
Of course, as a child, that meant nothing to me. It was only in the fullness of time that I understood -- and that the promise was kept. The Soviet Union collapsed and tens of millions were finally free from the horrors of communist dictatorship.
Of course, that didn't happen just due to prayer alone. It took the steadfastness of the most blessed nation on earth, combined with the enormous courage of many people (like Lech Walesa, for one), to bring the USSR down.
The 20th Century struggles to realize the promise of "and on earth peace, good will toward men" knew no religious, national or ethic boundaries. These struggles continue today, and once again are not limited just to Christians or Catholics.
When Jesus taught and performed his miracles, as far as I know, he never asked the religion, race, ethnicy or nationality of those to whom ministered.
So soon? I hate you "early shopper" types. It's too soon to even think about Christmas shopping.
Nice touch, lovely pic..
God Bless and A Merry Christmas to you Wolfstar.. Thanks for the beautiful reminder of the reason for the season!
They are calling for snow Christmas day and the day after. We got about 3 to 4 inches yesterday, did my first real shoveling of the season. Ah, that explains the sore elbow! I've been complaining about it all morning.
Do most Polish FReepers celebrate Christmas on December 25 or on the Orthodox holiday of January 7?
Have A Very Merry Christmas And a Happy New Year.
May All Of The Lord's Blessings Come To You, Your Family, And All Freeper's

Thanks, I also wish Merry Christmas for all our friends in USA!
