Agreed........"Hocus Pocus" was WAY ahead of its time. One of my teen sons called me into his room a while back to play a song he had downloaded that he just loved; turned out to be a (pretty good) remake of "Hocus Pocus". I chuckled and said "Hey son, wanna hear the original?" Took him into the living room, dug out the vinyl copy of that album ("Moving Waves" by Focus), and slipped it onto the turntable.
He was just blown away by it. Jan Akkerman........lead guitarist............always wondered what happened to him. Dude was just unreal.
