Ah, but she _is_ in office...she's the Attorney General. Does that count? I guess the courts will decide, again. Sigh.
Also, it doesn't stipulate she had to violate the oath subsequent to receiving it. She could have violated it last year or when she was 8 years old. Oh well, so much for that legal theory.
