A caller to the John Calson show on KVI described his experience as an observer for the manual recount. He told about how the King County employee counting the votes would sometimes slip a Rossi vote in the GreGore pile. This will happen in the blink of an eye, because the employees were already racing through the process. When the piles get counted, GreGore picks up a few extra votes from the Rossi votes that got slipped into the stack. When the observer wants to check the stack, the employee gets defensive. When upon discovering there are Rossi ballots in the GreGore stack, the employee gives a "whoops I guess I missed a few." and continues on as if nothing ever happened. Also, not all of the observers are checking the stacks. And, the counting of the stacks is not always consistent. One person will count the stacks and get a higher number. If it is a GreGore stack, the higher number gets recorded as the final count. King County was working to capture for GreGore the Governorship what the rest of the state will not.

Could be, but to paraphrase and embellish Nakatu X, anecdotal evidence and $5 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks (maybe). Besides, the Rats are telling (making up) similar stories about the Rossi counties.

With all due respect to Carlson (& to your reportage) if this had really happened, don't you think it would be spread all over the news right about now?
If it occurred, and was documented, the Washington State GOP would be in a courtroom as we speak, obtaining an injunction against Logan and his machine.
My brother served as a volunteer observer and there are few that are more eagle-eyed than him! He saw plenty of improprieties, but nothing illegal.
