This was the thread (but it's nice to see the graphic): Vote for Edwards instead of Kerry shocks Minnesota Electors

The electors are supposed to adequately reflect their electorate (including reflecting its state of confusion). It would be unfair if among 10 electors there was not at least one doofus to represent all the doofuses (or "doofi"?-grammarians, help me here) in the electorate. It would not be PC.

But, but, every vote must count!!! Unless it doesn't say what we want it to.

OK.

Now, let me keep this simple for the democrats reading.

If there are ten (10) electors, and ONE (1) openly and deliberately submits a vote for John Edwards as Presidential candidate (which may or may not be legal in the state).

Then why, oh why, were there ALSO ten (10) votes for John Edwards as Vice President?

Which (intelligent, elite, highly-educated, liberal, blue-state, internationalist, socialist, government-educated) democrat was stupid enough to vote for the same person for TWO DIFFERENT offices at the same time?

(Oh yeah. The same liberal, elite, highly-educated, government-schooled, socialist democrats that voted for Lieberman in CT as a BOTH democrat Senator and a democrat Vice-Presidential candidate.)

Yes, but it's nice to see it again!!!

This is all the proof Edwards need to believe he can win the presidency next time.

I thought I heard it was one of the women but, maybe it was Frank Simon. Looking up there at the paperwork, it seems he's the only imbicile who couldn't figure out where to sign his name!

Don't forget that New York has voted for John "L." Kerry, so the Kerry/Edwards ticket is now down by the 31 Electoral Votes from NY as well.

Realize that as you read the names of the Minnesota DFL electors; they are all DFL insiders, friends of, sons/daughters of, and others that have been promoted way beyond their abilities.

One thing is for certain: they did not even know who their candidate was. No wonder he lost.

The pajamhajid strikes again!

(You may have soemthing there!)

Now, does signing an official form on the wrong line invalid the submitted ballot? (After all, not having an official postmark on a military absentee ballot DID invalidate that ballot in FL in 2000, even though it WAS RECEIVED before the election.....

At least according to count-all-the-votes-as-long-as-they-are-for-me Gore.

So wait a minute here. Votes for President: 9 for Kerry, 1 for Edwards. Votes for Vice President: 10 for Edwards. That means that the guy who voted for Edwards for President also voted for Edwards as Vice President. So that one guy wanted Edwards to be his own VP?
