This is going to be a nasty fight. I'm not from TX, but I see a lot of Perry-haters on this board.

It will be if KBH and Strayhorn get in the primary. I think more so if KBH is in it. I believe Strayhorn is less of a force even though she's been elected statewide and in politics for years. I'm not sure this board is representative of the Texas voters anymore so than it is of national politics. A high profile race with Perry and KBH will bring out a lot of voters to the primary.... so I don't necessarily think the grass root party members will be the deciding factor... jmo.

That's for sure. By reading FR you would think that Americans consider President Bush to be a radical socialist.

I know Strayhorn and Hutcison but I've never even met Perry.

I'm voting for Perry.
