With Firefox cookies are stored in a single text file rather than separate files like in IE.Everything with Firefox is stored per user, and located here(depending on your OS)

This is an example with XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5wcj6no1.default

NOTE: The "Application Data" Directory is hidden in Windows by Default.
