I was wondering why Kilborne wasn't on anymore.Is this why?
I never watched him but everytime it came on,before turning the channel,I noticed there was always someone new.

No, I don't think that was why. He was on a couple more years after that. I think he did it just after Bush was elected the first time.

I think he is gone because he is a narcissistic unit with no talent.

I haven't scanned past that channel at that time slot lately, but I did notice they started rotating hosts everynite after he slid into the ether.
