I see this as a boon for the fish. Afterall, fish aren't monogamous, more females==more fish.

I think there's a little-understood principle of Nature called the Conservation of Sexuality. For every Democrat Congresswoman who pees standing up, the Universe makes one male fish in the Potomac grow eggs.

It's a balance thang.

You might want to alert South Beach (it's in the Sheeples Republic of FloriDUH) - 'tis likely there will be a substantial demand for bottled water from that part of the Potomac.
