how are you going to get it into voting machines that are maintained, operated, programmed, and kept by Democrats in Democrat voting districts????????? A prom programmer. But I do not know what type of system they are using.
A good one would require a computer, like a lap top and a interface program, or a specially made device.
But one can read and reprogram any EPROM based system, just like a car computer with a homemade device or even store bought in some cases.
The thing that stops this sort of treachery is the preop test prior to use. These tests are designed to find failures in the logic. Usually a ladder logic type of program. Bugs should be easy to find.

I have been spreading the rumor that the electronic machines were fixed to divert votes, by dark fingers sensed touching the screen, to Bush. Maybe this is the result. LOL
It is really fun to harass paranoids. I never thought to say that it was "super secret probation" (Animal House) code that no one could detect.
Bwaaahaaahaaaa The Rats are really losing it.

And how is some nefarious Republican outsider who wants to hijack the election manage to access and reprogram hundreds of voting machines in Democrat-run precincts ... without being noticed and stopped?
That's what these conspiracy theories claim.
