The commission outlined the three challenges it felt most critical for California government: an unresolved deficit that won’t be mitigated by economic growth alone; inadequate progress toward goals; and low public trust and satisfaction. The last matter resulted in a burst of ballot initiatives and the use of courts to address an array of concerns.

Articles on Arnie calling for the GOP to "move left" or "leftward" were posted at least 5 times on FR. It was encouraging to note that most freepers have seen the light. Defenders were few and far between. The media, however, continues to spin their dribble about his popularity. I can only assume that popularity exists primarily with Dems and Rinos.
