You obviously did not read my comment I made earlier... I am saying that both parties are responsible to an extent.
A young kid who is emotionally unstable, or unfulfilled, from poor family dynamics, is prey. The homosexual predator is 100% responsible for preying upon weakness. Why do you think "statutory rape" exists? Because a young adolescent needs protection from chicken hawks.
