I travel a lot and I am thinking of putting together a book of BBQ places I visit. I stop places just to look for BBQ joints! Any ideas?

Blalock's BBQ in Mt Pleasant is also excellent!
i've eaten there muchas times, when i was home to TX for one reason or other.
