The sympathy vote is her bread and butter. Another FReeper posted awhile back that if Bubba dies before 2008, that casket isn't going into the ground without "Hillary in 2008" bumper stickers plastered all over it.

She may develop some health problem or need to spend time caring for Bill or some other tear jerker so that she plays up the sympathy factor. Yup, not a dry eye in the house.
