I have no doubt that a California court would love to rule against the federal government...heck even the 9th Circuit Court...but it would struck down, again, by the Supreme Court.

...but it would struck down, again, by the Supreme Court. Having gotten more attention than it deserved. And earned lawyers more outrageous fees.
Both of which tend to encourage future challenges...
