Well as somebody who went to Woodstock and then enlisted in the US Army, I'm here to tell you that the age of Aquarius was BS. It was all about getting high, getting laid and getting away with it all.
Some of the above tendencies seem to never to change.

All 1 has to do is observe - what hippie-dom was really about was being selfish and self-centered and hedonism. They didn't want to go to war, but they *did* like the idea of sitting on their a$$es doing nothing but screwing and "smoking". That's as selfish as I ever heard. And the pot calling the kettle black - the *gaul* to say every1 *else* was so "selfish" & "greedy", et al!
