I believe most people are good, but that's a whole other arguement. The cost of building a barrier to prevent all border crossings would be prohibative, but I don't want to fight this point tonight. Ways around any barrier will be found as long as there is a demand for illegal workers. I don't think we can seal the borders alone. It must be a combination of border security and a crack down on businesses who hire illegals. Right now that demand is high. Finding a legal channel to fill the need for labor will make the effort of identifying the remaining illegals easier.
I think Fox knows this and beats W over the head with it.
I think you are probably correct.
I notice you're both open borders and free trade. Be honest: trust fund baby? Bookstore clerk? I'm not trying to be funny, just that everyone I know that made their own money is one or the other.
The reason why I post so late is that I work late into the evening and I have fewer distrations at night. I do not seem to need a lot of sleep, although some Freepers disagree. As far as my personal and job history I prefer to be vague. I will never inherate anything from my union rat family, and I make a middle class managment salary. I'm not paid as much as I'm worth but I do well enough to let my wife stay home and raise my children.
