The hand writing is on the wall. The decent paying manufacturing jobs are heading for China and Asia. The shrinking pie effect is coming into play.

Dubya wants to make the pie higher. America has been losing manufacturing jobs for many years. If they were not being replaced with slave labor in China they would be replaced with machines. That's just life. Life is not fair. We cannot keep those jobs without finding labor that is cheaper than free.

I am for free trade. NAFTA evolved from Reagan's North American accord which called for the free flow of people between America, Canada, and Mexico for the purposes of expanding trade, promoting tourism, and making the pie higher. After NAFTA took effect in 1994 our economy prospered so well a rapist won re-election to the POTUS.

Republicans and rats both agree it rocks. How can you not be for NAFTA?

Consistency is a virtue. If NAFTA is so wonderful, then why, even when the economy is not booming, do the Illegal Aliens continue to pour in?
