Life is chaotic, like a kid's room. It just carries on, there's no "evolution", if anything, it's de-evolution. (Note also, some of us went beyond the 5th grade and actually know where to place apostrophes) First off, there is no such thing as de-evolution when it comes to biology. Secondly, commas and periods go inside quotation marks.

First off, there is no such thing as de-evolution when it comes to biology. Sure there is. It's called "degeneration" and it happens all the time.
However, you're right about commas and periods going inside the quotation marks. I learned that on FR and not in public school where devolution occurs regularly.
