With side by side, I think it is the same woman. Weak chin, unusual hairline, nose, eyebrows, attached earlobes, and dents in her nose where she wears her glasses down low. She's gained some weight (false pregnancy?)

Yes, I think you are exactly right. I notice in her mug shot she has a blanket wrapped around her. Looks like a rough jail blanket. For some reason she was nude or undressed?
